random design was established in 1992 looking to find a niche in the perth design arena. focusing on providing a design service for local perth manufacturers. experience in the commercial building industry formed a basis for the style that was to come from the drawing board at random design. project areas include display, furniture, packaging, lighting, and product design and manufacture. close associations with the building industry and architects also gives experience in architectural design and construction technologies.
chaos theory plays a large part in the philosophy of the company. the beauty of nature and the computer generated fractals that replicate nature. seemingly unrelated events or occurrences can influence the path in numerous directions. by understanding this phenomenon and endeavoring to include them in our design principles, to produce unique and enduring design.
